Bastrop County urges TCEQ to approve gas plant permits

Bastrop County Commissioners Court has urged the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to approve air quality permits for the proposed MPH Bastrop Peakers natural gas power plant. The county is requesting an expedited review process to support the timely construction of the facility.
