Residents in Upper Merion, Pennsylvania, are strongly opposing a proposed 4.6 million square foot data center complex, citing environmental, health, and electricity concerns. The developer, MLP Venture, has filed a lawsuit asking a judge to order the Upper Merion Board of Supervisors to grant an extension for the land development application.
