Hunting ranch markets land for data center, sparking county review

Stonebridge Hunting Ranch in Somerset County, Pennsylvania is marketing part of its property for a large-scale data center. Ohio-based builder Marist has agreed to purchase 95 acres at the Laurel Highlands Business Park to construct the Somerset 76 Trade Center, a multi-use facility off Route 31. The development, which could host a data center, is currently under county review.
