California democrats seek to block data center at NAVWAR site in San Diego

San Diego-area congressional Democrats plan to introduce legislation that would block construction of a potential 400-megawatt data center at the federally owned NAVWAR site near Old Town unless local government approval is obtained. The Manchester Group, selected by the Navy to redevelop the site, says no data center plans have been finalized and no negotiations are underway.
