Federal Regulators Approve TeraWulf's Morgantown Plant Acquisition; Data Center Construction Still Pending

Federal regulators have approved TeraWulf's acquisition of the Morgantown Generating Station in Charles County, Maryland, which the company plans to convert into a large data center campus.
