Bradford County adopts data center rules, Wyalusing hyperscale project's air permit issued

Bradford County adopted new zoning standards for data center development through Ordinance 2026-02, integrating a new section into its Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance. Separately, the Pennsylvania DEP issued an air quality plan approval for a hyperscale data center project in Wyalusing Township, which includes a dedicated natural gas-fired power plant developed by KDI Wyalusing Power LLC.
