Spokane County leaders held unknown discussions with data center developer seeking massive facility on West Plains

Spokane County commissioners delayed a vote on a data center moratorium amidst revelations of Commissioner Al French's year-long discussions with Apricus Energy Solutions for a massive data center on the West Plains. This proposed "Rock Point Data Center Project" could require 1,000 megawatts of power and plans to finance a hydrogen production facility.
