Mayor Listenberger addresses data center rumors, makes case for northeast annexation

Plymouth Mayor Robert Listenberger said no data center or other development proposal exists for the 900-acre property proposed for annexation and rezoning by Indiana Tool. He said the actions would prepare the land for future development while preserving the city’s authority to reject a data center or require a public hearing and use variance.
