Hillwood Seeks Permit for Data Center in Auburndale, Florida

Hillwood Development Company has applied for a building permit to convert two existing buildings on 75 acres in Auburndale into a data center. A separate 13-acre site at 324 Recker Highway is being marketed for a 40-megawatt data center near the Osprey Energy Center and a redundant 230-kilovolt interconnection.
