Fermi Selects CBRE to Operate and Maintain Its First Data Center

Fermi Inc. has signed a five-year management agreement with CBRE for the operations and maintenance of its first data center building in the Texas Panhandle, part of its "Project Matador" campus. This partnership aims to ensure operational readiness for the large-scale AI power and compute facility near Amarillo. The agreement follows other key milestones, including securing its first customer and significant power infrastructure development.
