Townhome project slated for site of rejected data center heads to Planning and Zoning Commission

A proposed 262-unit townhouse and rowhome development at the site of Naperville’s rejected data center will go before the city’s Planning and Zoning Commission. The project, backed by Pulte Homes and property owner Franklin 1960 Lucent Lane, requires rezoning and several variances after opposition helped defeat the data center proposal.
