Hearings set as PUC considers request to provide water service to Hazleton area data centers

The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) has scheduled two telephonic hearings for July 7 to gather public input on CAN DO's request to provide 30,000 gallons of water daily to Northpoint Development's Project Hazelnut data center in the Hazleton area. This request follows Hazle Township's denial of Northpoint's application, which is now an ongoing court case.
