Raleigh data center plan withdrawn by developer

Bird Beacon Partners has withdrawn its plan to build a 100,000 square-foot data center on 13 acres in Southeast Raleigh, North Carolina. The Raleigh City Council had scheduled a public hearing for the project, which was to be built on land already zoned for industrial mixed-use, and dozens of people had signed up to speak.
