Brandy Station land eyed for affordable workforce housing$

Attotek founder David Martin abandoned plans for a data-center campus in Brandy Station after local opposition and Culpeper County’s elimination of the technology zone where the project was planned. Martin is now pursuing workforce housing on the property instead.
