Dickson City business owners partner to develop youth sports complex

Two Dickson City business owners acquired 17 acres of land, previously zoned for data centers, to develop a youth sports complex. Their stated intention is to prevent data center development on this parcel, thereby taking it off the market for such projects. The Dickson City Council recently amended its zoning to make data centers conditional uses in the light manufacturing district where the land is located.
