Data center moratorium discussion in Logan County

Logan County's Zoning Committee has recommended a 90-day moratorium on data center construction, following an expired 60-day moratorium and continued public debate. A developer, HUT 8, has warned that a moratorium could jeopardize their project. Separately, state lawmakers are considering a 'Power Act' to regulate data center energy usage statewide.
