Shelbyville to consider annexation and rezoning for massive data center complex

A California-based real estate firm is proposing to build a massive data center complex near I-74 and State Road 44 just east of Shelbyville, Indiana. The city of Shelbyville will consider annexation and rezoning for the proposed project.
