Okmulgee County approved a conditional floodplain development permit for Fluidstack's proposed Three Rivers Manufacturing data center project. Construction can proceed in approved areas, but Pond 1 remains on hold pending soil remediation and required documentation, along with any applicable state and federal permits.
Okmulgee County has conditionally approved the floodplain development permit for Fluidstack's proposed Three Rivers Manufacturing data center in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. The approval permits construction in designated areas if the project follows approved plans and satisfies attached requirements.
Work on Pond 1 remains paused after testing found construction debris and other materials in the soil. Fluidstack has submitted a remediation and disposal plan, and the county will authorize work in that area after the required cleanup and documentation are completed. The county will continue overseeing compliance with the permit conditions, which do not replace other state or federal approvals.
