The city of Rossville, Georgia, is experiencing community discussion and concern regarding a proposed data center development by BridgTRK. News 12's Lillian Ye reported from a recent meeting where residents expressed significant skepticism about the project.

BridgTRK co-owner Joe Morgan defended the facility, stating it is designed to serve their existing cellular company customers by connecting devices and software for financial and vehicle information, distinguishing it from typical "AI centers." He assured the community that the facility would produce minimal noise and use little water.

However, the community remains unconvinced by BridgTRK's explanations, with many residents feeling that the company is not being fully transparent. One resident voiced a strong opinion, suggesting that if there isn't a truthful partnership between the public, private sector, and government, then all such developments should be banned. The discussions are ongoing, and further updates are anticipated.
