PNK group seeking curative amendment to Gregg Township zoning for data center

New York City-based industrial real estate developer PNK Group has filed an application for a curative amendment to Gregg Township's zoning ordinances in Pennsylvania. This amendment aims to allow data center construction in the commercial manufacturing district within Great Stream Commons. The company plans to install a closed-loop data center in an unoccupied building at the industrial park's south end. A public hearing on PNK Group's proposed amendment is scheduled for May 4th at 4:30 p.m. at the township building located at 18084 Russell Road, Allenwood.
