Anheuser-Busch has completed the $360 million sale of its former brewing facility in Newark, New Jersey, to Goodman Group, a global industrial real estate leader. Newmark Group, Inc. advised Anheuser-Busch on the transaction. The sale follows Anheuser-Busch's announcement last December to close the nearly 75-year-old brewery. The expansive 86-acre property includes over 1.7 million square feet of existing structures and is strategically located adjacent to Newark Liberty International Airport. It falls within the EWR/EWR-S zoning districts, which support a diverse array of uses including industrial, logistics, airport-related, commercial, hospitality, and data centers. Newmark Executive Vice Chairman Adam Doneger highlighted the site's unique scale, connectivity, and zoning flexibility as ideal for supporting "the next generation of industrial and infrastructure users." Situated within a critical logistics corridor with direct access to the New Jersey Turnpike and I-78, the site also benefits from existing rail access. It is located near Port Newark and Port Elizabeth and serves a dense consumer base of over 20 million residents within a 15-mile radius.
