Neighbors react as town of Janesville launches talks with data center developer

This development has sparked reactions from local residents, including Ali and Adam Enerson, who recently purchased a historic property across the road from the proposed site. The Town of Janesville has initiated discussions with IGNIS Energy regarding the potential project, which would be located on land where the 200-year-old Polzin homestead once stood. The Enerson family, who are in the process of building their "forever home" on North Polzien Road, expressed their sentiments as they will soon be living directly opposite the planned data center.
