Rubbertown data center approved despite community concerns

A new 1.6 million square foot data center has been approved in Louisville's Rubbertown area despite opposition from the local community. The developers, CoreWebave and Compass Datacenters, reduced the size of the original plan but the Louisville Planning Commission still approved the project.
