A Dallas-based data center developer has expressed interest in building a facility on 50 acres along County Road 561, situated just east of the Princeton City Limits in Texas. According to county records, the proposed data center plans to extract 150 gallons of water per minute from a well to support its operations.
While the Farmersville City Council is nearing the conclusion of its 2026-27 budget process, with a public comment session and vote scheduled for September 8, this separate municipal matter is not directly related to the data center development.
