Residents of Mifflin County, Pennsylvania, are invited to a town hall meeting on Tuesday, July 21, to discuss a proposed data center development. The meeting, announced by Granville Township officials, will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Granville Fire Co. Event Center.
Representatives from the data center developer are expected to attend, offering residents an opportunity to gather information, ask questions, and voice their comments or concerns about the proposal.
The proposed data center site is on farmland along Loop Road, which currently acts as a buffer between the Mifflin County Industrial Park and residential neighborhoods. This location is valued for preserving the quiet, rural environment alongside the Juniata River. Mifflin County officials had previously requested such a public meeting in May.
