Sherman Planning & Zoning Commissioners cleared the way Tuesday for a new planned use development that could feature a data center when fully developed. The Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously Tuesday to approve a zoning change to planned development for nearly 165 acres along West Travis Street for a mixed-use development, sending the request forward to the city council for consideration.
