Jones County residents file lawsuit challenging M-2 data center ordinance

Jones County residents have filed a lawsuit challenging a recent data center ordinance passed by the Jones County Board of Supervisors on January 16. The plaintiffs are asking the court to declare the ordinance void, alleging due process violations.
