Boise mayor asks City Council to pause large-scale data center construction

Boise Mayor Lauren McLean is asking the Boise City Council to approve a six-month moratorium on construction of large-scale data centers within city limits. The proposed pause was scheduled for discussion at the council’s Nov. 10 meeting.
