St. Joseph Mayor Larry Miller has scheduled a City Council work session to discuss guidance for data center zoning regulations. The session follows the council's unanimous July decision to pause all new data center applications.

St. Joseph Mayor Larry Miller called a City Council work session to address guidance for the planning commission as it develops data center zoning regulations. The meeting is scheduled for Monday at City Hall.
The session follows the council's unanimous July decision to pause all new data center applications. City departments will also provide an update on a survey action plan involving finance, technology, human resources and legal operations.
