Proposed Forsyth data center: Zoning didn't envision 'massive industrial-scale facilities,' lawyer argues

A lawyer involved in opposing a planned data center in Stokes County is urging Forsyth County leaders to reject a similar project proposed for Rural Hall, arguing the existing zoning does not adequately address such a large-scale industrial facility.
