Quincy, Washington, a town of 8,500 residents, hosts 56 data centers, positioning it as the 11th largest data center market in the United States. Cascade PBS's "The Newsfeed" offered an exclusive tour inside Sabey's fifth and newest building on its Quincy campus, 15 years after the company established its presence in the area.

The tour showcased four 40,000 square-foot data halls, designed to house servers for various clients including banks, hospitals, airlines, and streaming services. The facility employs advanced cooling systems that use water to chill hot air emitted by servers, recirculating the cooled water through a closed-loop system. Additionally, large batteries regulate incoming power to ensure stable voltage for operations.

Sabey's campus currently operates under a 70-megawatt power cap from the local utility. The company expressed strong demand for expansion, with plans to construct four more data halls, contingent on the availability of additional electricity capacity. The report highlights the significant data center boom in the small Washington town.
