Sabey Data Centers officially backs out of Butte agreement

The company that was in late-stage negotiations to construct a large data center at a Butte-Silver Bow industrial park has officially backed out of the project. Sabey Data Centers has terminated the buy-sell agreement that had a closing date of Aug. 11 for a land deal for 606 acres where they planned to build two 500,000 square foot data centers.
