WHAT'S THAT NOISE? Residents raise concerns about humming sound near data center

Some residents in Vineland, New Jersey, say a persistent humming noise they believe is coming from a nearby data center under construction is disrupting their daily lives. Neighbors in the area say the noise is coming from the facility on South Lincoln Avenue. Scott Montgomery, who lives about a half mile from the site, said the sound is often worse at night. "It's just been very annoying. It's unsettling because you can hear it right now, and if you want to sit out here and relax, you have this constant buzzing.
