Data center developer sues Metro City Council

Metro Council imposed the six-month moratorium to debate further regulation of data centers, following months of public protests over pollution, water use, and noise concerns. The Council also passed a bill on August 4 to allow the city to purchase the land through eminent domain. Metro Legal stated it is confident in defending the city's actions.
