On Friday, April 3rd, the LaGrange Fire Department responded to the Google Data Center construction site at 411 Pegasus Parkway in LaGrange, Georgia, after a worker sustained serious injuries from a fall of approximately 50 feet. Upon arrival, fire personnel, Troup County AMR, and the site's response team provided immediate medical care to the individual on the roof. Due to the elevated location and the complexity of the rescue, additional resources were requested, including Tower 31, an 85-foot aerial platform, to safely lower the patient to the ground. The injured worker, reported to be in serious but stable condition, was then airlifted to a regional trauma center for advanced medical care.
