The Indiana County Board of Commissioners and county planners are scheduled to address Homer City Energy Campus matters during meetings on Wednesday. The commissioners’ meeting is set for 10:30 a.m. at the county courthouse.
The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection is also scheduled to hold a hearing concerning a water permit, adding a regulatory step to the campus’s ongoing development calendar.
