Wood Haven Tech Park Land Owner Released from Roanoke County Data Center NDA
The Western Virginia Regional Industrial Facility Authority says it has been released from a nondisclosure agreement with Clearview Dynamics LLC. Clearview Dynamics plans to buy land at the Wood Haven Technology Park in Roanoke County for a data center, but the authority is still withholding the identity of the company's parent company.
The Western Virginia Regional Industrial Facility Authority, which owns the Wood Haven Technology Park land in Roanoke County, has been released from its nondisclosure agreement with Clearview Dynamics LLC. The company plans to purchase the property for a data center project.
Although the authority is now legally permitted to share information, officials said they are still not disclosing the identity of Clearview Dynamics' parent company. The development remains planned for the Western Virginia Regional Industrial Facility Authority's technology park.
