Data center planned for MidAmerica Industrial Park getting no financial incentives

Lambda is set to build a new data center at the MidAmerica Industrial Park (MAIP) in Oklahoma. Dave Stewart, Executive Director of MidAmerica Industrial Park, announced that Lambda will pay full market value for the land, with MAIP providing no financial incentives for the project.
This decision stands in contrast to terms sought by other developers, who requested significant local investment or tax abatements, which MAIP and the Grand River Dam Authority (GRDA) deemed unsuitable for their communities. Stewart emphasized that the current agreement ensures a strong public return and fits the site's strategic goals.
