Letter writers support large-scale data center in Massena

During the proceedings, the board received three letters advocating for the advancement of a large-scale data center project by North Country Colocation Services (NCCS) at the former Alcoa East site.
Among those urging the board to permit the NCCS project were Donald R. Meissner, the Town Sports-Fishing Promotion Director, and Grant Writer Linda McQuinn. Additionally, officials from Arconic expressed their support for the proposed moratorium, indicating their willingness to offer valuable insights to guide the town's review process for such developments.
