Digi Power X Inc. has announced the launch of the next phase of development of US Data Centers, Inc. (USDC), a dedicated AI infrastructure platform focused on the development, manufacturing and global deployment of modular Tier III AI data centers. This phase was co-founded with Hans Vestberg, former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Verizon Communications and current board member of BlackRock, who will serve as Co-Founder and Senior Advisor to USDC. The goal is to establish USDC as a stand-alone and dedicated AI infrastructure manufacturing and deployment platform, while allowing Digi Power X to maintain a sharper focus on energy-optimized digital infrastructure operations.

USDC will focus on manufacturing, distributing and deploying modular Tier III AI data centers, while Digi Power X will continue developing energy-efficient digital infrastructure assets. The ARMS platform is USDC's proprietary modular data center system designed for rapid deployment of high-density AI computing. USDC aims to serve hyperscalers, enterprises, sovereign customers and colocation tenants through its flexible, scalable ARMS infrastructure. Digi Power X remains USDC's majority shareholder as the company aims to address the global demand for AI computing infrastructure.
