Kingston is scheduling a public hearing on the proposed annexation of property associated with a planned data center. The hearing and additional meetings will give residents an opportunity to comment before the city considers the proposal.

Kingston’s Unified Zoning Board will hold a public hearing Oct. 15 on a proposed annexation involving property tied to a planned data center. The meeting will be held at Kingston City Hall, with residents invited to support, oppose or seek information about the proposal.
Two additional public meetings are scheduled later in October and early November as the City of Kingston continues reviewing the annexation. No final decision on the proposal was reported.
