Keith Marvin, president/owner of Marvin Planning Consultants, praised Keith County's proactive approach to protecting its natural resources, highlighting the unique environmental characteristics of the region. Despite concerns over falling water levels in Lake McConaughy, development around the lake is expected to remain largely unchanged.
County officials are currently reviewing public comments on the draft plan and will subsequently schedule a formal public hearing for its potential adoption.
