Seacoast entrepreneur Tom Moulton has withdrawn his proposal to develop a data center in Nottingham, New Hampshire. The decision was announced by the town on May 27, just hours before a significant public protest against the plan was scheduled to take place. Moulton, who is the founder of Sleepnet Corporation and owner of De Niro Construction, stated that he believes this is the correct action to take at this time. The preliminary conceptual consultation for his proposal has been removed from the Nottingham Planning Board agenda. Moulton indicated that he intends to continue evaluating the site and may revisit the project in the future.
