Wysox planning member resigns over new data center ordinance

Kevin Barnes, a member of the Wysox Township Planning Commission, submitted his resignation last week, citing concerns with the township’s new data center zoning amendment. The amendment establishes an overlay district that will affect much of the existing manufacturing and part of the commercial general districts. Barnes also addressed the Bradford County Planning Commission meeting this week.
