Louisville Mayor Greenberg's weekly press conference was briefly disrupted by protesters advocating against data centers. The demonstrators called for Mayor Greenberg to clearly state his position on supporting data center development.

After the protesters were escorted out, Mayor Greenberg addressed the situation, announcing that four public hearings would be held to provide a formal process for community members to share their viewpoints on data centers. He encouraged all interested parties, including those who participated in the protest, to attend these sessions.

The first public hearing is scheduled for July 27th at 5:00 p.m. at JCTC's Southwest campus. Following these community input meetings, the Louisville Planning Commission is slated to deliberate on the data center topic on August 20th.
