City says plans for National Avenue are vet clinic, not data center; P&Z hearing postponed

The City of Springfield has clarified that a proposed development on National Avenue is intended for a veterinary clinic, not a data center. Consequently, the Planning and Zoning hearing related to this project has been postponed.
