Webster Twp: Notice of Adoption of Ordinance No. 26-02

On April 21, 2026, the Webster Township Board in Washtenaw County, Michigan, officially adopted Ordinance No. 26-02. This ordinance enacts a one-year moratorium on the permitting, approval, construction, and installation of Data Centers and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) within the township.
