SpaceX buys data center building for $185 million

SpaceX, an aerospace manufacturer and space transport services company founded by Elon Musk, has acquired a building in Southwest Memphis, Tennessee, for $185 million. Public documents confirm the purchase of the property located at 3231 Paul R. Lowry Road. The building is known to house the Colossus data center. Additionally, it serves as the operational site for xAI, another one of Musk's ventures focused on artificial intelligence.
