Salem officials announced Friday that an application for a roughly 100-acre data center buildout in Salem’s Mill Creek Corporate Center has been deemed incomplete. Verrus, the Google-backed Silicon Valley company planning to build the data center, will now resubmit its application to meet certain criteria as part of the city’s land use process.
