The national survey revealed that approximately 58% of construction sector respondents are encountering heightened labor competition because of data center projects. Furthermore, nearly half of those surveyed reported feeling wage pressure as they strive to attract and retain essential workers. While Georgia-specific responses were limited, one-third of the state's respondents confirmed experiencing these same challenges, indicating a growing strain on the local construction industry.
